Booking Policy

All bookings with Wanyama African Safari are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit.

A deposit of 30% of the total safari cost is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the safari. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Bookings can be made via our website, email, or through an authorized agent. Upon confirmation, clients will receive a booking confirmation outlining itinerary details, travel dates, number of participants, and total cost.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate, including names as per passport, travel dates, and special requirements.

Wanyama African Safari reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or safety considerations. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.

Special requests such as dietary requirements, medical needs, or room preferences must be communicated at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate all requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.
