By booking with Wanyama African Safari, clients agree to the following terms and conditions.

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, park fees, or supplier costs.

Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required travel documentation. Wanyama African Safari is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, participation in safari activities involves inherent risks. Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for following the guidance of guides and staff at all times.

Wanyama African Safari is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or third-party service providers.

Luggage and personal belongings are carried at the client’s own risk. We recommend keeping valuables secure at all times.

Any complaints must be reported immediately to the guide or company representative to allow for prompt resolution. Complaints submitted after the completion of the safari may be more difficult to address.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania, and any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
