Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email and are effective upon receipt.

The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees
• 30–60 days before departure: 30% of total safari cost
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total safari cost
• 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total safari cost
• Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total safari cost

In the event that Wanyama African Safari cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure, clients will be offered an alternative itinerary or a full refund.

No refunds will be given for unused services once the safari has commenced.

We strongly recommend that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
