No refunds will be given for unused services once the safari has commenced.
We strongly recommend that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
At Wanyama African Safaris, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Clients who wish to cancel their safari must notify us in writing as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation date, payments already made to lodges and service providers, and any applicable cancellation charges.
Bookings cancelled close to the departure date may incur higher fees due to non-refundable reservations and operational costs. Any changes to travel dates or safari itineraries are subject to availability and may involve additional charges. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, we will work with our clients and suppliers to explore possible alternatives.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions. Our team is available to clarify the applicable cancellation terms before you confirm your booking.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after confirmation with relevant suppliers. Wanyama African Safaris reserves the right to amend cancellation terms when required by specific accommodation or activity providers.
